Man arrested with $1540 in cash taped to testies

A FLORIDA man was arrested last week by crime enforcement officers who discovered more than $US1500 ($1677) strapped to his scrotum.

Steven Black, a defendant in a criminal proceeding for identity theft and petty credit card fraud, had allegedly attached the money to his crotch with a shoelace, according to a police affidavit, reported The Smoking Gun.
