MILEY Cyrus has made headlines after the underage singer was spotted partying at a Hollywood nightclub, Us Weekly reported.
The 17-year-old was allegedly at over 21s nightclub Voyeur on Thursday night wearing tight denim shorts and a black crop top.
"She was constantly smiling and seemed to be in great spirits," an onlooker told the entertainment website, adding that she "waved her hands in the air and danced seductively while shaking her hips" to songs by David Guetta and DJ Khaled.
The source said Cyrus and her girlfriends were well behaved and looked after by a security guard for the entire time.
"It was clear she knew she was being watched by others," the source said. "No alcohol was in her presence the entire night."
The “Last Song” actress and her friends stayed at the California club until 1:30am local time Friday.
